Ed Hoover made the most of a rainy weekend by pushing the Trussell Motorsports Camaro to a runner-up finish at the IHRA President's Cup Nationals in Budds Creek, Md. Hoover lost a tough match opposite of Kenny Lang.
Their race represented the fifth time the two drivers had raced one another in a final round.
